Springboard Future Chef

After winning the local finals of Springboard ‘Future Chef’ competition Tara Grant took part in the North of Scotland final on Tuesday.She did an excellent job with a highly skilled menu of:

Handmade Seafood Ravioli set on a bed of wilted spinach & samphire with a langoustine cream, Crayfish and Dill Sauce

Rich chocolate mousse served in chocolate cups and lavender shortbread

Tara was mentored by chefs from Holiday Inn, Westhill – Jen Hines and Graham Mutch. Thanks to them both.
