S5 students raise £273 for the Make a Wish Foundation

Congratulations to the S5 Creative Industries group who have raised £273.23 for the Make A Wish Foundation.  Sophie Bender, Rebekah Duthie, Freya Fraser and Ines Vong have worked very hard this year planning and hosting their Charity Live Lounge concert. The concert was a great success and very well attended before the Easter holidays. This very worthwhile charity grants wishes to young people with life threatening conditions. Lynne Gow, a representative from the Make A Wish Foundation was delighted to collect the money and informed the girls that their donation would contribute towards granting wishes for young people in Aberdeen City.

Well done to these pupils for their hard work and also a big thank you to staff, pupils and parents who came along to support the charity concert and donated so generously!
