What is Offshore Wind Energy?
Offshore wind energy is the generation of power through wind farms in bodies of water.

Careers Insight - Offshore Wind Renewable Energy
This event is FREE and designed for S5-6 pupils based in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, and the wider environs to learn about careers in offshore wind through an interactive workshop with employers that can lead to work placements and apprenticeships.
In this event, students will:
- learn about the variety of careers available in the offshore wind industry
- have the opportunity to speak directly with employers which could lead to work experience placements and apprenticeships.
